Our Mission is to Improve Housing Affordability in Canada
Canada, like many other developed countries, is facing a housing crisis. The Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) estimates that the country needs an additional 3.5 million housing units by 2030 to restore affordability.
KLG contributes to housing affordability by preserving and revalitazing affordable housing units in older assets, and by developing new housing in urban infill sites.
